Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

We currently cannot modify or cancel orders as we process orders when we receive them. You will have to send the order back as a return.

How do I pay for my goods?

Payment is collected at checkout. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and to select international destinations.

How much is shipping?

Shipments to U.S. destinations (not including Alaska and Hawaii): For orders under $150, we currently charge $7 for ground shipping. For orders of $150 or greater, ground shipping is complimentary.
Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii: For orders under $250, we currently charge $15 for ground shipping. For orders of $250 or greater, ground shipping is complimentary.
Shipments to select international destiations: For international orders, the order minimum is $250 and we currently charge $25 to select destinations. If you have any questions, please contact us.
All expedited shipping will vary based on location and selected service.

What is your returns procedure?

RECEIVING YOUR RMA
If you are not completely content with your merchandise, you will need to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from COHO USA so we can process your return. This can be requested by sending COHO USA an email at info@cohousa.com, within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Making a return for a refund: All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your RMA number. If you choose to return or exchange merchandise you can use your own return shipment option. We will take care of any outbound shipment charges associated with exchanges.

EXCHANGES
Please note you can only exchange items for a different size and/or color based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we ask that you return it and purchase the new item separately. If you are sending merchandise back to COHO USA for exchange, you are responsible for the cost to ship the merchandise back to us, and we will pay for the cost to ship the exchanged item(s) back to you. The exchanged item will be shipped to you free of charge.

Do I have to pay to return goods?

Yes. But if you exchange an item, the exchanged item will be shipped to you free of charge.

How are refunds credited?

Refunds for returned goods will be credited to the form of payment used to pay for the original order.

How do I figure out what size is best for me?

Please refer to our fit guidelines and style descriptions

How do I care for my COHO USA products?

We select each fabric very thoughtfully. We urge you to wash all COHO USA merchandise in cold water and to line dry. No chlorine bleach or fabric softener should be used to ensure each item looks like new for as long as possible.

Do you have wholesale accounts

If you are interested in carrying COHO USA please contact us at info@cohousa.com. We generally do not wholesale our merchandise, however, we will form partnerships with small tennis shops, schools and athletic clubs etc.

We currently do not have any retail stores.
